Blue Eyed Baby Boy
Every week I receive several text messages and e-mails from friends and family with the same famous question…”Are his eyes still blue?” For almost eight weeks now the answer remains yes. My Aunt Carol flew in from California on Thursday to meet Carter and stay for 5 days. We had a wonderful visit with her and she loved on Carter like crazy. As if my Mom didn’t spoil him enough he had 2 Grandmas for almost a week. Everywhere we took him my Aunt was stopped as she carried him. I have to say receiving a compliment about yourself doesn’t compare to someone telling you how beautiful your baby is. I let the Grandmas enjoy it and say thank you though :0).
Yesterday the three of us took Carter for his first professional pictures. He did awesome and the pictures came out ADOREABLE! Lord, I’m a braggy Mother huh? I can’t wait for them to come in so I can scan and post them for everyone. He was awake for 90% of it and then fell asleep at the end for some of my favorite snaps. The photographer was so pleased with them she asked me to sign a release so that they could use Carter’s pictures for their catalogue :0)
